Clinton J. Morgan, 61, of Fredericksburg died Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg.
He was preceded in death by his son, Clinton Junior Morgan II; and his mother, Margaret S. Morgan.
Survivors include his daughter, Eva Morgan of Stafford; two granddaughters; his father, Samuel J. Morgan of Wilson, N.C.; two brothers, Frederick Douglas Morgan and Sammie Kay Morgan of Wilson, N.C.; two sisters, Joyce Maxine Morgan, of Wilson, N.C. and Treco Lovie Morgan of Jonesboro, Ark.; two aunts; nine nephews, six nieces and numerous great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends; and one special cousin, Robert “Bob” Smith of Wilson, N.C.
Covenant Funeral Service in Fredericksburg handled the arrangements.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on April 10, 2008 at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church with interment at a later date in Wilson, N.C.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on April 10 at Covenant Funeral Service in Fredericksburg.
