David A. Reeve, 65, formerly of Stafford County, died at his home in Richmond of an apparent heart attack or stroke.
He was preceded in death by his older brother, Elwood Reeve; and by his former wife, Margie (nee) Black.
Survivors include two stepdaughters from his second marriage, Lisa Herbert of Richmond, and Debbie Gage of Bradenton, Fla.; a sister, Carole Williams of Stafford; a niece; two uncles, Howard Sullivan and Raymond Reeve of Fredericksburg; two aunts, Ann Roberson, of Fredericksburg, and Virginia MacGregor of Birmingham, Ala.; and numerous cousins.
Covenant Funeral Service handled the arrangements.
The family received friends at an informal reception on April 5.
