An Air Force sergeant has recently graduated from the Air Traffic Control Operations Apprentice Course at Kessler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Miss.
Staff Sgt. Kory P. Collier graduated the course, which is designed to train students to control enroute and terminal air traffic by use of visual, radar, and non-radar means at air traffic control tower facilities, according to an Air Force press release.
His wife, Gretchen, is the daughter of John L. and Sue Overbey of Courthouse Road in Stafford.
