• Ivette and Charles Perkins of Dumfries welcomed their daughter, Hannah Maria Perkins, on April 22.
• Judith Hughes of Dumfries welcomed her daughter, Erin Nanaakua-Safoah Dartey, on April 23.
•Krystal Compton and Tory Thurston of Dumfries welcomed their daughter, Rose Marie Thurston, on April 25.
• Jennifer and Jason Robinson of Stafford welcomed their daughter, Noelle Robinson, on May 5.
