STAFFORD — A possible witness on Hanover Street in Fredericksburg has reported seeing a mid-sized black sport-utility vehicle with a driver matching the description of the suspect around the time that a jogger was reportedly attacked at the University of Mary Washington. 

University of Mary Washington officials locked down a portion of the school after a man armed with a gun tried to assault a female jogger at a running track.

STAFFORD — A Chinese-food delivery driver missing since Thursday night following an apparent violent abduction in Fredericksburg, has been found murdered, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department.
