Fredericksburg bicyclist killed in Stafford

A wreck that killed a bicyclist in Stafford County yesterday is still under investigation, according to a published report.
Jessica Morgan Bungard, 31, of Fredericksburg died at the scene after being struck by a 1996 Ford Contour, a state police spokesman told The Free Lance-Star.
No charges had been filed.
