One arrested, one at large in vandalisms

STAFFORD - One suspect has been arrested and one is still at large in the case of 10 vandalized cars in the Austin Ridge subdivision April 2, reported Stafford County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Bill Kennedy on Monday.
Khalid Hamed was arrested after a survey of items at a Fairfax County pawnshop revealed to be some of those stolen in the April 2 thefts.
Stolen in the thefts were money, credit cards and electronics.
Hamed was charged with two counts of grnnd larceny, two felony counts of larceny with intent to sell, four felony charges of credit card theft, two misdemeanor credit card fraud charges, possession of two credit card with attempt to use and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Hamed is presently incarcerated in Fairfax County Jail, awaiting transfer to Stafford County where he will be arraigned.
Also wanted in the thefts is Justin Anderson, a 19-year-old white male. He is wanted for four felonies of credit card theft, two misdemeanor credit card charges, possession of two or more credit cards with attempt to use and conspiracy to commit a felony.
