Neville: Fall season ends
The fall sports season officially ended for Stafford County teams last week. On Nov. 14, Brooke Point High School’s football team, which has qualified for the Northwest Region playoffs the past four seasons, dropped a narrow 27-21 decision to GW-Danville.

High school football playoffs begin on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Brooke Point High School, which won the Commonwealth District title, hosts G.W. Danville in the first round. The Black-Hawks roll into the post-season with a four-game winning streak.
